ACCOUNTS

  1. Each registered user is permitted to have only one account. Users may only register a single account per household: using the same address, email address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet, or electronic payment method. Any other individuals connected to the user will not be allowed to register on the Website.
  2. Once registered, a user cannot re-register under a new name or email address, etc.
  3. If any of the following occurs:
    • duplicate registration (including using a new name), submitting false, invalid, or altered documents (including those edited with any type of software or graphic editor);
    • multiple violations of the Terms of Service;
    • doubts arise about the user’s identity or the provided details (such as address, credit/debit card info, or other data);
    • any fraudulent activities carried out by the user or by someone acting on their behalf or in collusion, including but not limited to:
      • a) refund or rake fraud
      • b) using a stolen or unverified bank card as a payment source
      • c) attempting any actions that may be considered illegal in any jurisdiction, with the intent to deceive and/or bypass legal restrictions, regardless of whether the action causes harm or loss to the user’s account
    • the user placed a bet knowing the outcome of the event in advance
    • the user influenced the outcome of an event through direct involvement (e.g., athletes, coaches, referees) or acting on behalf of the participants
    • bets placed by a group of individuals collaborating (a syndicate) to exceed limits or to gain an unfair advantage via bonus schemes or promotions
    • suspected use of special software or hardware facilitating automated betting, including exploiting glitches or errors in our software, or using bots or similar programs
    • any unfair means to obtain information or bypass company-imposed restrictions are strictly forbidden. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request documents or information from the user to verify their identity or confirm the accuracy of the provided data, including identification documents and proof of personal details. The Company may suspend or cancel any payments or transactions until the verification process is successfully completed. As part of the verification, the Company may request a video conference or video evidence demonstrating the user’s identity and relevant documents. Verification of these materials can take up to 72 hours from receipt. The results of the video conference will be communicated within five business days. Document verification can take up to 14 business days. If the user fails to participate in the video conference within 30 calendar days, the Company may block the account and settle the user’s betting activity at a coefficient of 1.0.
  4. If it is determined that the user’s provided information or documents are false, incomplete, misleading, or unreliable, the Company may take any necessary actions, including but not limited to canceling all bets, suspending monetary transactions during the investigation, and continuing the account verification process until a full and reliable verification is completed.
  5. After the investigation, the company may make any decision it deems fair and reasonable:
    • block (close) the account (including duplicate accounts), which may lead to:
      • all bonuses, free bets, and winnings from those bonuses or free bets being voided and forfeited;
      • at our discretion, canceling all winnings and refunding the account balance at the start of the investigation (minus any canceled winnings), from both main and duplicate accounts. We also reserve the right to reclaim any amounts owed to us from any of your accounts (including duplicate accounts).
    • in exceptional cases, allow the continued use of the main account, recognizing it as valid, while making all bets placed from duplicate accounts void. Duplicate accounts will be blocked or canceled at the company’s discretion, based on the extent of the violation.
  6. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any bets placed with the bookmaker are considered valid. Bet cancellation will be subject to the Terms of Service. If login details are accessed by a third party, the user must inform the bookmaker, change their username, password, and email password to more secure ones, and refrain from sharing withdrawal codes or phone number change codes.
  7. The account holder confirms that all activities on the account are performed by them. If a third party manages the account, the account holder assumes full responsibility for the account’s access.
  8. If an account remains inactive for 3 months, the Company reserves the right to block it. To reactivate the account, please contact our Security Team.
  9. If an account is blocked for any reason, access to all associated websites will be restricted. This means the user will not be able to log in or access any services or features provided until the account is unblocked by contacting [email protected]. These Terms of Service are in place to ensure the safety and integrity of the websites connected to the Company and to safeguard the interests of both the Company and its users. Users must comply with these Terms of Service to avoid account blockage.
  10. If the account is blocked due to security issues, regulatory concerns, failure to pass verification, or suspected violation of the Terms of Service, the user can contact the Security Team to initiate the account reactivation or withdrawal process.

DEPOSITS AND PAYOUTS

  1. There are various methods available to deposit and withdraw funds from the Customer’s account. All available deposit and withdrawal options can be found in the “Payments” section.
  2. All withdrawal requests are processed 24/7.
  3. The Company’s Security Service has the right to:
    • deny withdrawal requests if deposits were made through e-payment systems;
    • refuse any withdrawal if the deposit and withdrawal amounts do not align with the placed bets (the Customer must place bets with stakes equal to the total deposit amount, and the odds must be at least 1.1; placing a large number of bets with minimal effect on your balance will not be counted, such as bets on opposite outcomes in games like Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, and Dice). The allowed withdrawal amount will be calculated based on the total bets placed from a given deposit;
    • reject withdrawals if there is misuse of the betting account. In such cases, account verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
  4. The Company’s Security Service advises Customers to:
    • avoid transferring funds between different payment systems;
    • deposit and withdraw only after placing bets. In these cases, the funds will be returned to your account.
  5. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment details as those used for deposits. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals should be made proportionally to those methods.
  6. The Company does not accept cash deposits or checks under any circumstances. All financial transactions must be conducted through approved electronic payment methods or bank transfers. The Company reserves the right to refuse withdrawals via certain payment channels and may require a bank transfer as an alternative, as well as limit or suspend specific deposit or withdrawal methods without prior notice. All payment instruments must be registered in the Customer’s name and may require additional verification.
  7. IMPORTANT: The administration does not recommend making deposits or withdrawals using someone else’s electronic wallet.
    • The Security Team reserves the right to classify such deposits as fraudulent and block transactions without prior notice.
    • The administration is entitled to deny withdrawals if the payment details do not belong to the account holder.
  8. In some situations and for certain users, the Company may decide not to reimburse service charges imposed by payment systems on deposits or withdrawals that are usually reimbursed.
  9. The exchange rate used for different payment transactions may not match the current exchange rate displayed on our Website. During transactions (deposits and withdrawals), currencies are converted at the exchange rate established on the Company’s Website at the time of processing. This rate is not fixed, and it may change multiple times a day or remain unchanged for a long period. The exact debited amount and exchange rate will be shown in the deposit/withdrawal request. Please note that the Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or accidental losses related to exchange rates and currency conversions.
  10. In certain cases, the Company may unilaterally initiate the verification process of a Customer’s payments and request additional information from the payment system. While verification is underway, the Customer’s account may be temporarily blocked for financial processing purposes. Verification may take up to 180 days, depending on the payment system’s terms.
  11. If the Customer does not follow the Company’s rules (for example, breaching the Terms of Service, not placing bets before requesting withdrawals, etc.), the Company reserves the right to deny that Customer’s withdrawal request.
  12. Withdrawal Policy: Processing of withdrawal requests may take up to seven (7) business days, depending on the payment method selected. Requirements for Document Submission for Fund Withdrawals: During the withdrawal process, the Company reserves the right to request specific documents to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraudulent activities. The Customer must provide the following documents:
    • A valid identification document with a photo (e.g., passport or driver’s license).
    • Documentation verifying the payment methods used.
    • Any other relevant documents requested during the service process.
    • Documents must be submitted within one (1) month from the Company’s request. Failure to comply within this time frame may result in the suspension of the withdrawal process and the possible forfeiture of the funds.
    • For assistance with any withdrawal-related inquiries, Customers are encouraged to contact customer support.
  13. A service charge is applied when funds are deposited into or withdrawn from the Company’s account in BTC currency using cryptocurrency or blockchain-based payment systems.

BONUSES

  1. This section details the Bonus programs offered by the betting company.
  2. The Bonus is available exclusively to registered users.
  3. All personal data fields in the Customer’s account must be completed.
  4. The “Take part in Bonus offers” checkbox in My Account must be checked.
  5. The company reserves the right to review customers’ transaction histories and logs at any time. If, during this review, the company determines that a customer or group of customers is engaging in strategies deemed by the company, at its sole discretion, as abusive, the company reserves the right to revoke their eligibility for the promotion and invalidate the Bonus.
  6. Only one Bonus is allowed per customer, household, address, shared computer, shared IP address, and any matching account details, including email address, bank account information, credit card details, and payment system accounts. Any misuse of the Bonus offer will result in the closure of the account involved.
  7. The Customer must provide identification documents, if necessary, to verify their identity (KYC). Failure to present these documents when requested by the Security Team will result in the loss of any bonuses or winnings. The Company reserves the right to ask the Customer, at any time, to submit a photo of themselves holding their ID (with the face clearly visible) or to complete identity verification via phone.
    If the company detects any misuse of a Bonus offer, it reserves the right to take the following actions against the offending customer: cancel all active Bonuses and bonus winnings, and block the Customer’s account.

REGISTRATION BONUS

  • Make a deposit.

DEPOSIT BONUSES

GIFTS

  • A gift is a special type of Bonus that requires a deposit (unless stated otherwise in the rules). Gifts include free spins, with or without wagering requirements, as well as promo codes for free spins and Bonus funds, which may or may not have real-money wagering requirements.
  • Gifts may be subject to specific terms and conditions. We strongly recommend reading these Terms of Service carefully before activating them (bonus amount, wagering requirements, etc.), as you can find more detailed information in the relevant section of your account to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • A gift can be awarded in one of two ways: either it will be immediately available in the “Bonuses and Gifts” section of the Customer’s account, or it will be sent as a promo code (via a partner site, personal message, etc.), which must be entered into the appropriate field in the “Bonuses and Gifts” section.
  • Using the gift itself does not require a deposit. However, certain conditions often need to be met to use any funds won with a gift.
  • Only one gift can be active at a time. Any additional gifts must be inactive, suspended, or canceled.
  • Promo codes and gifts credited via promo codes can only be activated on the Customer’s main wallet. Using promo codes in other currency wallets will result in the cancellation of the offer and the loss of any wagering progress.
  • The gift and any winnings from it will expire after the expiration date. The expiration date is displayed in the “Bonuses and Gifts” section of the Customer’s account.
  • While a gift is active, customers can still place bets using funds from their main account. Doing so will not cause the active gift to expire.
  • Funds from gifts that have met their wagering requirements will be credited to the Customer’s account balance within 24 hours of meeting the requirements, unless specified otherwise.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

  • Occasionally, the Company may issue promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) that grant access to special offers or additional rewards. The use of any Promo Code must comply with the terms and instructions provided with the code. Each Promo Code is typically limited to a single use per Customer, unless stated otherwise.

TOURNAMENTS

  • To participate in tournaments, you must register by clicking the “Take part” button on the offer page.
  • All prizes are credited to tournament winners within 72 hours after the tournament ends.
  • If two customers occupy the same prize-winning position, the winner will be the first customer to meet the tournament conditions.
  • When calculating results, only bets made with real funds will be considered.
    8. All currently active Bonus offers, including but not limited to deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses, reload offers, promotional codes, gift-based promotions, and other temporary or recurring incentives (collectively referred to as “Promotions”), along with their associated rules, restrictions, and eligibility criteria, are published and regularly updated on the Bonus Program page of the Website.
    These Promotions may vary in terms of availability, duration, and conditions, and may be subject to specific opt-in requirements (e.g., entering a promo code or accepting a personal offer in the account interface), geographic or jurisdictional restrictions, payment method limitations, or usage caps.
    Customers are solely responsible for regularly checking the Bonus Program page to stay informed of the latest terms, requirements, and availability of all Promotions.
    The Company disclaims any liability for losses arising from the Customer’s failure to review the most current and applicable terms. Participation in any Promotion is considered acceptance of the most recent version of its terms and conditions.
    The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of a Bonus offer or to suspend or terminate it at any time.

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS POLICY

Accepted Currencies and Wallets

1. Only cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks explicitly listed on the Company’s payment page are accepted. Transactions from unsupported wallets or tokens may be rejected or lost, and the Company is not responsible for such occurrences.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

2. All crypto deposits must be confirmed by the relevant blockchain network with the required number of confirmations before being credited to the Customer’s account.

3. Cryptocurrency withdrawals will only be processed to verified wallets. The Company may request identity verification and proof of wallet ownership before processing the withdrawal.

4. The Company reserves the right to convert cryptocurrency holdings into fiat currency or stablecoins for operational or regulatory purposes, with prior notice to the Customer where possible.

Risk Disclosure and Compliance

5. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are highly volatile and irreversible. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from market fluctuations.

6. To comply with applicable regulations, all cryptocurrency transactions are subject to standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. In certain cases, transactions that appear suspicious or exceed predefined thresholds may require additional verification and could take longer to process as part of routine compliance procedures.
